To qualify for a refund on all our ready made curtains and blinds you must return the items within 14 working days of delivery.  The curtains must be in the original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition and no heading tapes pulled.  We advise that the items are returned by courier to ensure safe delivery.  We will refund you once we have received and  checked the items and they are in a resaleable condition.  We are unable to refud the cost of returning the items.  Please contact us via telephone or email prior to returning the items.
